The main focus of this organisation is the poor and the disadvantaged people in developing countries (including orphans and vulnerable children, disadvantaged youths, women and the elderly) and the world at large, these are people who live in poor remote conditions and at most times find difficulty in accessing basic necessities of life (including enough food, safe water, proper clothing, health care, good education, employment and shelter), and who are continually facing injustice, abuse and fail to cope up with life in the challenging world. STFI is therefore a pioneering organisation with its innovative approaches for developmental efforts for the poor and is working with commitment for the development of the underprivileged.

Set Them Free International is in Partnership with Advocates for International Development (A4ID)www.a4id.org

What is A4ID? Is an institution that brings together the legal and development professions to gain maximum impact in achieving the Millennium Development Goals. They do this both by facilitating free legal support for those working to end poverty and by raising awareness of how the law and lawyers can play a role in social and economic development.

A4ID aims to enhance the legal profession’s knowledge of development issues and the challenges involved in poverty reduction. A4ID also aims to raise awareness within the development profession of how the law and lawyers can be used to support their work.  They enable the legal profession to play its part in the global partnership for international development by finding free legal support for those working towards the Millennium Development Goals.
