Teaching Volunteering

Under this category we encourage volunteers from all over the world with different teaching skills to come to Uganda to (i) provide supplementary education training to special groups of people including learners in primary, secondary and vocational schools where there is teaching for curriculum subjects such as Maths, English among other subjects, also at vocational institutions volunteers can teach carpentry and joinery, sewing cloths, brick laying, construction, mechanical engineering, etc; (ii) teach community groups in better agricultural practices, domestic safe water access, good sanitation and hygienic practices. Teaching volunteering has a variety of fields where we need a high number of volunteers, because there is a lot needed to educate people in Africa in order to impart people lives with self-reliance skills for sustainable livelihoods.
